Unionville (Zoar) is a hamlet located on Sandy Creek 1 mile east of Rodman village. At one time there were 2 stores at the same time, a hotel, a sawmill & gristmill were built c. 1815 by Abel Cole. Today the hamlet is simply a cluster of homes.
